How do the CSV files and the PDF report look like?

My Polar H10 does not connect, what do I do?
First, try restarting bluetooth (turning it off and on). If that doesnt work, try unpairing the Polar H10 in the iPhones bluetooth settings and repairing it via the official polar app. Lastly make sure your device is up to date with the latest firmware. If that still has not fixed the issue send me an email.
I try to respond to emails the same day, but this is sometimes not possible (in part due to timezones).
